About the Founder
Jaleel Basha Shaik, Founder of RJ EnergyPro System, is a Lead Mechanical Engineer with over 13 years of experience in commissioning, operations, and maintenance of thermal and combined-cycle power plants across the UAE, GCC, Turkey, and India. He specializes in Gas and Steam Turbine maintenance, plant optimization, and integrated spares and manpower management.
With a passion for technical excellence and innovation, Jaleel established RJ EnergyPro System to empower engineers and professionals through knowledge-sharing, practical training, and world-class engineering resources.
